Nice spot for mall-like hotel restaurant. Good Cesar salad, yummy braised beef quesadilla for me, burger for my wife. As this is part of the hotel, it does have that echoing vibe, but the food was actually very good and the service terrific!
Dominique was WONDERFUL!! He went out of his way Above & Beyond to make drinks to our liking. He grab ingredients to make fresh to order. Requested the Uptown Cold Brew and if he could add chocolate shavings. Amazing!
We did not start off with the intention of dining at Coastal Kitchen & Bar. We came uptown for Charlotte Shout. We decided to stop by after enjoying the event and we are very happy that we did. Our server, Almaz, was excellent- warm and welcoming. The food was very good. We had the calamari and three different burgers. I also had the Gold Rush cocktail. We left happy, full, and feeling like we had received service and food worth the price that was paid. Just so that you do not walk past it, like we did originally, the restaurant is inside the Hilton. Thank you
We had the best experience at the bar in Charlotte this past weekend. Daniel, our bartender, was absolutely the best! Traveling from out of town for a wedding, we needed to get a quick bite to eat and drink before the reception. Daniel did an amazing job taking care of us! Little did we know he grew up in Baltimore and we had so much in common! 10 out of 10!
They made one of the best salmons I’ve had. Paired with roasted delish cauliflower, roasted tomatoes and a miso vinaigrette all around. Very good and worth a try if you’re in Charlotte!!
Some of the best food my wife have eaten. We travel a lot, and I kid you not, this restaurant is a gem and one the best kept secrets of Charlotte. We actually ate there 3 straight nights. Thanks to our waitress Liz, of course the Chef, and the whole staff for making the experience incredible! Highly recommend the half chicken and grits, the chicken wings, and the club sandwich! Unreal!

This is a hidden restaurant in the Hilton downtown Charlotte NC. We loved the appetizers. The Manager, Renato provided an Excellent Experience! Great energy! The food was served HOT and Delicious by our server Aaron. This was the chosen restaurant for us to Celebrate Jennifer's Birthday! Jennifer had the decadent Strawberry Short cake for dessert. Thank you Renato for Sharing the Love!
